At SEW-shop, we want you to love your home textiles and sewing supplies; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and fabrics are neatly folded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our carrier partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
